Guided Nature Immersion Walks
Join me for a guided experience known for it's many health and wellness benefits.
Nature Immersion Walks, also known as "Forest Bathing" or "Guided Forest Therapy" are cultivated from the Japanese practice called Shinrin-yoku.
Shinrin-yoku simply means to take in the forest atmosphere. The practice grew popular in the 1980s in Japan amongst individuals experiencing chronic stress and illness due to working long hours indoors. Thanks to scientific reseach it has been discovered that this practice also benefits our health and wellbeing.
Awaken your senses and reconnect with the Earth community around you.
During our walk you will be invited to participate in a tailored series of gentle invitations to help you to step into the present moment, connect with nature, and grow in awareness. This is a slow paced, relaxing experience based on the practice of mindfulness.
I look forward to having you join me!
